Dennis was a 1 ½ when I got Sahara. Dennis spent the first 6 months or so in the safe room (Bathroom) when I went shopping but always had the run of the house when I was here. When sahara arrived she had the safe room till such time as I was convinced she would be safe with Dennis, stairs, wires, and such which took about 9 months. I now leave them both together and they sit in the window till I come back. Yorkies are funny they won’t even eat till I get back.
I love them both, however I would have rather just had 1 at a time because it is impossible to take two anywhere and just walking them is difficult, as they want to go in different directions not to mention I worry about keeping them both safe. So good luck with your decision. |
