I've never boiled anything before BBQing....

I'm trying to remember the last time I did ribs, it's been a while, but I think I did 300-350 degrees the whole time. I don't recall cooking it for more than an hour. More important in my preparation was to marinate it early, and let it really soak in. BBQ sauce I try to brush on sporadically as well.
