I would recommend not getting a bulldog, even if they get along with your yorkies they could easily accidentally hurt or kill your yorkie. Plus if you get a jumper their sheer weight rips into your skin when they are just excited to see you, plus the vast majority of them snore and snore loud. My dad used to keep a door bell under our bull dogs bed and the ringer next to his bed so when the dog woke everyone up from snoring he could ring the bell from bed and go back to sleep. LOL
I am not sure what to recommend though, if you are looking for touch looking maybe a boxer? If easily lovable and gentle maybe a golden retriever? Both of which we have never owned....
