OMG HOW HORRIBLE for that little yorkie and I can't BELIVE The dogs were returned - this is a prime example of why so many attacks happen and I firmly believe also that if they have a taste of blood - then they'll want more....What a sad story and they sure didn't handle this problem at all (the cops)
