 Question
I'm not a breeder, but I hope to be able to breed some day. In the meantime, I am trying to learn all that I can. I have a question, and I apologize if this is a stupid question. I am just trying to learn.
I know that some dogs tie more than once during a heat. My question is how do you know how many times is safe to tie? What I mean is, say 2-3 puppies result in the first tie (but, of course, no way to tell), then 2-3 more result in a second tie. How do you keep from the dog having too many puppies for her size? |
