I would agree too, that if he is over the 2 lb, and is 5 months old, he would be able to be neutered. My Vet says before 6months, and for little girls, before her first heat. As for the price, some people would love the fact he is paper trained, neutered, and by this time, have an idea of the size he will be. So $700. would be the going rate for an akc yorkie. I am so sorry you have to find a new home for your baby. I have 5 dogs now, and couldn't part with any of them. I hope I am never in that situation. Bless you.
