Don't have an answer for you, but I will keep checking for other replies, as I have the same situation. My guess was that my Trixie has been loosing teeth. It probably bleeds just a bit and then stinks for a bit. (grose eh?)
I guess I could check in her mouth for missing teeth, couldn't I ?
