I am not an expert in this area so I don't have any tried and true suggestions. I hope that the more experienced here will soon give you some help. Have you tried softening the kibble with home made chicken broth (no sodium) and then adding alittle of the baby food to that? Also try tiny little pieces of the boiled chicken added to the baby food. I hope you find a way to advance Lola to dog food but it sounds like you are a good mommy and taking good care of her. Good luck and keep us updated on Lola.
