If you have a slaughterhouse in your city, then you can probably get all of those "hard to find items". Even your local butcher might be of some help there! I get mine from this place;

My senior baby has a bad hip joint and I'd rather not feed artificial Glucosamine so I feed gullets and tracheas, in any form that I can get it raw. Whole or ground!
