I took my four month old Barclay to the vet today for his regular visit. He got three shots, rabies, distemper and bordetella. That was at 6:00PM. When we returned home he was himself, playing, running and jumping. Until about 15 minutes ago, when he came up on my lap and yelped when I went to pick him up. Everytime I pick him up he yelps in pain! He is just lying on the sofa now, very sad and not moving for a bone or a treat. Very guarded, he is awake, his nose is wet and he seems very quiet. Could this be a reaction or just pain at the injection site. I need to know if anyone else has experienced this with their baby!
