Yep, I call people that I'm friendly with by their first name to him and he's like, "oh yeah, so and so - like I even know them or care"
He does it to me with work stuff too... and I politely said the other day, "You may as well be saying blah, blah, blah, blah because it would make more sense..." yeah, that went down well!
