What really bothers me is they leave notes on doors when an animal is clearly suffering - I know they have to follow procedure but I don't know how they can walk away in some cases....They do a great neverending job and we need MORE Animal cops but unfortunatly when real crime is on the rise I don't see that happening anytime soon -
Houston has a great department - I had to call/email them about this poor dog in my neighbors yard that was in horrible pain suffering in the heat and they came right out - but I climbed my fence and took LOTS of pictures - they said it makes alot of difference when they can see what condition the dog is in
