Definatyl call or write and make a complaint....I know that PetsMart generaly has great customer service (we had a aquarium issue and fish died etc and they bent over backwards for us so go to the higher up) I know how you feel I have felt the same way when Gidget has gone to get groomed......I guess that is why I do it myself now (Gidget, Daddy, Vincent and myself all gets cuts from myself) at least that way if you mess up it is just you and then you get just what you want.......Gidget actually sits still when I groom her now.......but it usually takes me two times......the clipper get warm and I dont want to burn her so we take a break and then go back to it later......but atleast she ends up how I want.
I stilll cant get over that they didnt even say sorry or admit that they were wrong.......good thing it isnt cooler weather already .....the poor little pups could realy get sick
