I am so sorry
This is *one* of my biggest fears. I was toying with the idea of taking Shelby to a Petsmart just to get her ears trimmed and the hair plucked from inner ear...stuff I am afraid to do. I thought if I made the instructions simple they couldn't screw up.
So much for that idea! yikes.
If I were you I would write a letter to Petsmart. It will make you feel better to vent plus they need to take this very seriously. In that letter tell them you have posted this information on a website and other posters are going to stop going to Petsmart until you get an appropriate response.
You won't be lying. I am so angry for you that they have lost my business.
