Missy, I think I can almost say 100% that its because he was used as a stud. Even though my precious sweet Brodie is my baby.........he can be a little bratt to Brooklyn, my other boy.
He has never layed into anyone BUT he lets him know this is HIS house.
I even had his own pup in my house. He was the daddy of the pup, but not from one of my girls, it was a stud service I did, and he did not like this pup at all!
I cringe when people come over with their yorkies and just let them run around my house because you just never know. When someone comes into thier territory...its a whole different ball game.

My friend just adores Kibble so I thought I would bring him along to have a play date.
Well it did not go to good and Aidan really laid into Kibble!
Kibble was screaming and Aidan was going at him, her and I both were freaking and we finally got him off Kibble.
When I 1st got there, I let Aidan sniff Kibble and did not put him down till I thought it was safe. They did good for awhile and then all of a sudden Aidan just attacked him! No blood or anything, I think I was more shook up then Kibble was.
Why on earth would he do this? He was used as a stud, so do you think he was just proving his dominance?
I was so hoping they could become buddies, but I really am hesitant to take any of my babies over there. |
