yep. I used to get them all the time and strep throat too. I got my tonsils out and that helped alot but I read an article that 90% of women are Vitiman D defficient
90% of us! My daughter ws getting so sick all the time with the same kinda thing and I made her start taking Vit D and ya know shes been doing great! Knock wood! So I dunno, maybe you might wanna give it a try. you can google what Vit D does for us, its a looonnnggg list.
