Awww I'm so sorry. I'm sure the babies still look cute but I can see why you would be so mad. Especially when they should be kissing your a** over their mistake. If I was you, I would call the regional manager and make a big fuss that not only they ruined your babies look, they didn't even apologize or accept their errors and THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! Tell them that if something isn't done about this, you will report them. That's why I bought a kit from Target. It's a special pet grooming kit with a DVD on how to groom. It has all the proper utensils. It was like $25 all together. I groom Coco myself, ears, nails, hair and all. |
