Buddy did not have a male example to watch but he started between 6-7 months. He seems to do it more as a marking thing outside that to really pee. If he really has to go he just squats.
I have to saw I find it adorbale to see the little tike lift his leg, but I am betting I won't find it as amusing if he ever tries to mark anything in the house!!
