Ok let me just say that I definately felt the same way upon looking for my little guy. But I came to realise your going to have to spend more to get more basically. I spent ALOT! However, alot of breeders will charge more for the "smaller ones" and dig into your background to ensure that the puppy goes to a good home and entail, you do the same thing. I think that the price is justified. If you only have 500 dollars to spend maybe its not time for you to get a puppy. Dogs are expensive! You have to not only purchase the dog but then they need toys, blankets, food, dishes ect. Not to mention the vet fees after you get the little one. Vet fees range usually in the 100's for your first couple of trips and then, god forbid if they ever got hurt or sick then your talking big bucks. Do a little more research into owning a dog before you go out and purchase one. I know Tino was definately worth every penny but they are a very expensive breed of dog and you have to be able to properly care for them and that definately involves cash!
