Sounds like the down arrow key or maybe the page down key is stuck. Thump them from the side and see if they work free, you may need to do it a few times.
If that doesn't work, get a butter knife and pop the key off, you may be able to work it loose that way. Be gentle when taking the key off, you could mess up the snaps that attach the key to the board. |
