OMG how SICK is that ! That poor dog....
Way back when my husband and I lived in Sugar Land TX I heard stories of a neighbor doing that to other peoples pets - needless to say - I did a check of my yard every single morning -
I hope the dog isn't suffering - though I know that's a feeble wish - rat poison is a horrible way to go
