You can teach Rosie to do ANYTHING on command that she does naturally. The easiest way to start is to praise her every time she sneezes. Make a big fuss over her and reserve a special "high value" treat for sneezes. It will take some time, but eventually she will catch on. If you can catch her during a "sneezy" time watch and see if there are any natural triggers for her sneezing. If you can learn what triggers her to sneeze then use the triggers to get her to sneeze and praise her each time.
