Oh...I forgot the second part...
I found someone who sells them on ebay in bulk (cause we needed a few for back-up in the cars / travel trailer...) I think he sold them for like 3.99 each in a lot of 12... They were blue and not very pretty.
I did a quick search and I can't find it now...but I did see lot's of them listed on ebay much cheaper than you will find in a pet store or at petedge.
