Chipper was neutered at 5 mo. and didn't start to lift his leg until he was 1 yr. old. Snowboy was neutered at 3 mo., is now almost a yr. and has just started showing signs of lifting his leg. Guess that rule probably holds true most of the time but I wasn't lucky enough to have furbabies that knew the rule.
