I would have gotten a shovel picked it up and slung it on his font porch!!! I have been known to go off for a cigarette being thrown in my yard! I don't play PERIOD. Sadly I don't think calling animal control will help. I know it wouldn't around here. They would simply laugh at me. I think picking the poop up and putting it on his front porch everytime the dog SH#@# in your yard will get more of a response. You could also video the dog pooping in your yard.! Good luck.
