If the estimated weight is 10 pounds, the pup could be bigger (or smaller). If the pup is cobby-bodied, the estimated weight could be close but if he is a bit long in the body he could go bigger. With that being said, the size shouldn't matter if the bigger one isn't aggressive but some puppies can be rowdy. We have Yorkies ranging from 3 to 13 pounds and the little 3 pounder rules the roost!!
