 LVMH vs. Ebay
A few years back the Louis Vuitton umbrella company, as well as Tiffany & Co, sued ebay for allowing the sale of knock offs of their trademarked items. I've gotten busy with other things & haven't followed the outcome. I know the past several times I've sold my designer stuff there seemed to be some changes. Definitely took a lot longer for things to get indexed. I assume because VERO is being more careful about what gets listed. Does anyone know what the verdict was in this case? Has it even been resolved?
