It doesn't give you stones but it doesn't help prevent them either. At that time I was drinking 5 or more cokes a day. My doctor said that it definitely contributed to mine and suggested that I cut back. Of course its hard for me to cut back as I think Coke is like crack to me So I just quit Coke. Now I drink 100 oz of water a day and feel much much healthier.
