Hi MyFairLacy...I was just looking at Florida's USDA website to see if I could report again Nikki's breeder and noticed that they are probably exempt. Just as you explained. However, they gave us a USDA paper on her when we purchased her. I didn't see where I could report them on th site. And I wonder if you know if it will do anyhing? I want to also report the vet that misdiagnosed her. How do I do that? Thanks..Ines Lauren
