I tried many others, and one brand made his skin flky as well... it was caused by the shampoo.... the brand i like best now was recomended to me: "PETSILK" it has a gorgeous smell and does cause dry skin, i do however use the conditioner every other time i bathe him. I use the hair dryer on warm and never had a problem....
