Usually, it is the conditioning spray that causes it. Try using hair conditioning oil or oil used for hot oil treatments. They are pet stores that sell it of course. However, ironically enough you can get it at like a Sally's, Walmart, random hair supply store, etc. No, you don't need the wrapping paper. You can get a green tea oil or regular conditioning oil usually where the African American products are located in stores. Interesting enough I've seen these same oil products on various grooming sites and they are right at your local store. There are oil sprays as well. After washing your fur baby and drying with a towel. Lightly spray or rub the oil in the coat, then proceed to blow dry. Don't over due the oil. Just lightly coat while wet, close to the skin and then a once over after drying. If you are not drying your baby, simply apply while a little damp after towel drying. Hope this helps...
