I do teddy bear shows in other states as well as here in California where I have my resellers permit. Anytime I do a show in another state, I have to apply ahead of time for a temporary resellers permit. You need to contact the state (in this case Missouri) to apply for a temporary resale permit. Do a search online for resellers permit in Missouri and you can generally contact them by phone and get the forms in time. If you do not have a resale permit for the state you are selling in, they can (and often do) shut you down and fine you.
