 Sticker burrs in fur.
Ugh...this is an everyday battle for me. We love to take Abbey out for long walks in the woods behind my apartment, but she like to go off the path and always comes in with a ton of sticker burrs matted in her fur. They were really bad tonight! There were 4 stuck in good under her neck, tons on her legs, and some even on her face. She crys when we try to pull them out, but we have to!! Some are so bad I have to cut them off. Does anyone else have this same problem?? What do you recommend? I need a way to get them out by not hurting her and also learn how to prevent them.
As I write this Abbey is yelping as her Daddy pulls out burr after burr. Poor baby!
