When Bella was younger and would chew on things she shouldnt, instead of punishing her I would distract her. I let something drop like water bottle cap. She loooooves those. She runs off with it like she won a prize! I still do it now sometimes if i see her take off with a napkin that fell. I will let something i dont need like the cap fall and she hears it. I just pretend like I dont see her. She is clueless..lollol
