I'm not sure whose dogs they are...they are coming from a different direction everytime I've seen them. What worries me most is the momma dog walks on the street like it's no big deal. I've seen cars have to stop for her because she's not paying attention. I just can't stand the thought of this little puppy being hit because he didn't know any better!
It just makes me sick that I have to leave him outside!
