so i went to hobby lobby,
and like clockwork -- stopped into the remnants basket.
first, i noticed the cute pink fleece.
immediately i wanted it for sophie, and figured it would be ALL pink.
(we love pink)
but as i dug around,
i found the cute black pawprint fleece.
PERFECT!
so i grabbed the two and (like a kid in a candy store) a few pieces of cotton for dresses.
(my boyfriend laughs at me, 20 years old and sewing like a grandmaw
)
it was PLENTY of fabric,
i have enough left to make another blanket,
so sophie doesn't need another one.
so i'll save it.
but she loves this thing.
i had doubts, and thought i was wasting my time,
but as i was sitting on the floor tying my fleece together,
she came right along and plopped herself on the blanket.
she loves it.
