yes, I think the long threads can be intimidating -- I even feel that way if i've been off YT for a few days
-- but I hate to admit the hrs I've spent reading some other really long ones
Hope someone bumps the thread up tonight, because I know it has gotten buried past page 1 in the general section today.
Maybe some of us should be telling newbies about it when we welcome them to YT -- I know I have told a couple people who live in the Midwest
