If she were a little older I would think she would have interperted it as play but being that she peed on the floor she is obviously "very" frightened. There are times you can't help an accident but try to keep in mind that these little ones do "GET UNDER OUR FEET" all the time....so just try to be mindful. I would just cuddle her for a while and give her a few kisses. You might also want to poke around gently to be sure she is not aching anywhere.

When one of my dogs was only around a year old I was carrying him outside and he wiggled out of my arms and fell he first on a piece of cement....I was freeking out but he was fine. Don't ask me how but today 8 years later he is still the Don Juan of the neighborhood.
