This may help you get them to stand. Shave all of the hair off the ears on both sides. This will lessen the weight the ears have to hold up. See if they start standing in the next couple of days. If not, I use 1/2 inch masking tape to tape them in place. He will look funky for awhile. Also, when he is teething, the ears might come back down. And they might need a little help standing up again. Good luck!!
