Just that when a child or adult is badly eaten by a dog it's usually a pit bull! This is why they have a bad reputation...statistics.

They have a fighting instinct in the breed, as that is what they were bread for. I imagine some have better genes than others (as any breed), but the chances are too negative for me to ever risk our family with one.
