 Post 1st heat questions
So we adopted a 7 month old female yorkie who had not had her 1st heat. We took to the vet for the meet and great and she had some blood tests done and we scheduled her for spaying the following week. Well 3 days prior to that date she went into heat so we had to put off spaying. It has been just about 2 weeks and the bleeding is almost done, but she is not her playful self. I was playing ball with her every morning for 15-20 minutes but now she has no interest. I know the "heat" last 3 weeks, will she get her playfulness back or should I expect a more laid back little girl? |
