I'm so sorry your dad passed away. Your mom also.
Although you weren't there with her physically.. you with with her spiritually.
You shouldn't feel bad about not being by your mom... maybe that's just not the way God (don't mean to offent anyone) had it planned. Maybe the reason you weren't there was because you were supposed to be closer to your dad in his time of need... you just never know.
Either way.. What was meant to be was meant to be.
