That is a real shame. There is a breeder near me who keeps his Yorkies in the garage/outside..it is very hot and they have many skin problems. The reason I know is because he asked me to groom his dogs a few years ago and broughtall 6 to me. I had to wash each one 4 times before the water ran clear. I tried to get him to make a place indoors for them, but said his new girlfriend hated dogs in the house. I had to stop grooming them, it upset me too much. |
