I use it as a hot oil treatment on my own coat.. um hair.
I get mine at Wild Oats and OMG it smells sooo yummy! I also recently read that some studies are showing that our bodies will not use it as fat but that our livers convert it to energy. Pretty cool if it turns out to be true.
