I am drinking a glass right now that could accurately be described as yummy! I used to waitress and wine reps would come in and give us little classes. Maybe they'll do something like that? I don't see how anyone could describe an entire wine list unless they were a sommelier or wine was a passion. One of the reps gave us each a wine wheel. It was a little like a color wheel but described the wines and it was a pretty good cheat sheet. I've probably been 0 help.
I like wine quite a lot but I would not be able to describe wines from an extensive list.
