HAHAHAHA OMG Villette, that was hilarious!
I'm only good at opening the bottle, pouring and drinking, not really knowing about it. I did take a class in college (yes a 1 credit elective) on wine tasting. It was so very complicated and we were sloshed anyway so I don't remember much.
I bet if you could find a nice wine store there may be someone there that would be willing to give you a course. Good Luck~
