Is it possible that she could have swallowed something that is making her feel sick? Since she just threwup bile, I wouldn't worry too much right now. If it continues past tonight though, I would suggest calling your vet and telling them the story and let them determine whether to bring her in or not. It doesn't sound serious, but you never know. Hope she feels better soon!
