I'll keep Bo in my prayers! I would suggest running to a petstore and getting some nutrical if he's not eating so much just to make sure he does get SOMETHING in his system. With these puppies being so small, it's vital that they eat and get their nutrition while they're growing otherwise it could do some serious damage, such as death sometimes. I don't want to freak you out, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to get some nutrical for himand just make sure you keep the area clean so it doesn't get infected any worse. I hope he gets better soon!
