When it is time to eat I ask Bella if she is hungry and if she wants to eat. She licks her lips and runs to the kitchen and waits until I make her food.
At night when it is time to go to bed we turn off the tv and as soon as Bella hears the remote click she jumps off the couch and gets in her bed.
when she was little we would say night night bella and then turn off the tv and then put her in her bed. I guess she just learned what was next!
