Does anyone have any suggestions to make this a better experience for both of us. I use Fresh 'n Clean (Oatmeal and baking soda) shampoo and conditioner. Wash and rinse him well, but the slightest pull and he becomes wild..scratching, biting, snarling...I've tried several types of brushes...any suggestions would be welcome...
